LACCAL Consulting has been operating since 2005, working across Australia, the South East Asian region and internationally on diverse project scopes. We are a firm of senior executives and specialist consultants, each with more than 20 plus years of services experience and 10 plus years expertise in their specialty area(s). Our focus is to collaboratively work with our client organisations to shape, plan, test and then implement key transformative, crisis leadership, risk management, security or sustainability initiatives across a business’ operations, systems, workforce, community and environment.
